Whether for aerospace, marine, medical, or industrial uses, Louis Metals is dedicated to providing uniform product quality, prompt delivery, and competitive pricing, ensuring us as a valued partner in the metal supply market.
Louis Metals’ Titanium Round Bars are mainly made up of commercially pure titanium or titanium alloys like Grade 2 and Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V). These bars have a superior strength-to-weight ratio, corrosion resistance, and biocompatibility. Tensile strength from 275 MPa (Grade 2) to 950 MPa (Grade 5) is generally the mechanical property, with high ductility and fatigue life. These bars also have high melting point (~1660°C) and low coefficient of thermal expansion. Due to these properties, Titanium Round Bars are suited for rigorous applications where stress performance and environmental stability are important.
