Houston-based USA-headquartered Louis Metals is a world-class manufacturer and supplier of high-grade Titanium Bars and Rods. We have a reputation for excellence, and our titanium products adhere to strict industry standards. Our Titanium Bars and Rods are designed to be strong, corrosion-resistant, and precise, and thus perfectly suitable for a wide variety of applications. We employ cutting–edge manufacturing techniques and rigorously follow quality control policies for the best performance. Louis Metals provides consistent and long-lasting solutions with quick service and competitive rates regardless of whether you require titanium for aerospace, medical, industrial, or marine purposes.
Louis Metals’ Titanium Bars and Rods are stocked in Grades 2, 5, 7, and other popular alloys. Grade 2 provides average strength with superior corrosion resistance, and Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V) is substantially stronger and extensively utilized where high-stress conditions prevail. Tensile strength varies between 275 MPa to 950 MPa based on the grade. The bars are non-magnetic in nature, have superior fatigue endurance, and retain their structure under extreme temperature conditions. They possess a high strength-to-weight ratio and are resistant to acids, chlorides, and seawater, making them ideal for precision-engineered parts.

Titanium bars and rods are non-magnetic in their pure form. However, certain titanium alloys may exhibit slight magnetic properties, depending on the presence of other metals like iron or nickel.
Yes, titanium bars and rods can be customized in terms of size, shape, length, and surface finish. Custom options are available for specific applications or design requirements. For more details mail us on sales@www.louismetals.us
Yes, titanium bars and rods can be recycled. Titanium is highly durable, and its recycling process involves melting and reprocessing scrap titanium into new products, preserving its properties and minimizing waste.
Titanium Bars and Rods are critical in industries where strength, light weight, and resistance to corrosion are needed. In the aerospace industry, they are employed in landing gear, airframes, and engine components. Medical uses are orthopedic rods, pins, and surgical instruments because of the biocompatibility of titanium. Industrial and chemical industries employ them as heat exchangers and pressure vessels where resistance to corrosive environments is important. In marine engineering, they endure saltwater exposure. They are also used in sporting equipment, automotive components, and buildings. Their flexibility and strength render them a better option for both long-life-cycle and high-performance products.

We provide products that come with both mill test certificates and third-party test certificates, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
