We have been the top manufacturer and distributor of metallic products and accessories in Houston, USA since the inception of our relatively old business and hence that is why we are fully aware of the vital necessity of precision, reliability and compliance in every industrial line of application out there. We start our quality assurance process even before we start to manufacture. All raw material that we use is certified raw material sourced from well-known sources so the foundation of each of our products is solid. We have a state of the art production plant with superior machinery and our team observes strict guidelines to ensure that there is uniformity, precision and quality on each each pack.

Louis Metals maintains internationally community quality standards such as ASTM, ASME, API, and other requirements on a customer-level. Inspection and testing of each product is carried out with much care and precision, dimensional checks, evaluations on its mechanical properties, corrosion resistant evaluation, and non-destructive examination (NDE), where possible. All the tests are carried out under the guidance of the competent personnel with calibrated instruments to provide the utmost standards of accuracy.

We make training and development continuous with our workforce keeping current on the latest methods of the industry and technological changes. The internal quality management system (QMS) we use is meant to facilitate the continuous improvement, and the routine audits, process optimization, and customer feedback systems constitute a part of the strategy.

The next pillar of our commitment to quality is traceability. All pieces can be completely traced by meticulous mill test certificates (MTCs) and documentation to regulatory and project-specific requirements. This openness enables our customers to believe in the uprightness and source of the goods that they get.
