Houston, USA-based Louis Metals is a leading producer and distributor of Titanium Bright Bars that provide the highest level of precision, surface finish, and strength required for demanding applications. Louis Metals produces its titanium bright bars through sophisticated cold-drawing and polishing technologies, providing a bright and smooth finish with close dimensional tolerances. The bars find application in industries that require superior aesthetics, corrosion resistance, and machinability. Offered in several grades such as Grade 2 and Grade 5, our titanium bright bars are ASTM and internationally compliant. At Louis Metals, consistent quality and quick delivery are assured to cater to aerospace, medical, marine, and high-performance engineering industries.
Titanium Bright Bars are generally supplied in Grades 2 (commercially pure) and Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V alloy). Grade 2 offers superior ductility and corrosion resistance with tensile strength of approximately 344 MPa. Grade 5 provides superior fatigue resistance, high strength (~895–950 MPa), and light weight. Cold-drawn bright finish guarantees improved surface quality, accuracy, and machinability. These bars also possess high melting points (~1660°C), low weight density (~4.5 g/cm³), and good resistance to oxidizing and chloride conditions, and they are suitable for use in applications that need strength, precision, and clean surface finishes.

Titanium Bright Bars find their uses in applications that need precision, corrosion resistance, and a good surface finish. They are suitable in the medical field for surgical tools, orthopedic pins, and dental instruments because they are biocompatible and have a smooth finish. They are employed in aerospace applications in the form of fasteners, linkages, and structural connectors. In marine and chemical processing industries, they are applied to components that will be exposed to corrosive environments. The bars are also utilized in premium automotive components, sports, and architectural elements. Their clean finish and mechanical stability render them ideal for both functional as well as cosmetic usage in sophisticated engineering applications.

We provide products that come with both mill test certificates and third-party test certificates, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
