Stainless Steel 321H Hollow Bar consists of 17–19% chromium, 9–12% nickel, and titanium (at least five times the carbon content) for stabilization. The “H” variant features a higher carbon content (0.04–0.10%) to enhance strength and creep resistance at elevated temperatures. It boasts a tensile strength ranging from 515 to 750 MPa, a yield strength of about 205 MPa, and a Brinell hardness of 150–200 HB. 321H maintains its structural integrity and resists scaling at temperatures up to 900°C (1652°F), making it perfect for high-heat environments. It also offers excellent weldability and stability during prolonged thermal exposure.
