Copper C10920 is a copper-arsenic alloy with around 99.5% copper and 0.3–0.5% arsenic. The composition provides better resistance against corrosion, particularly in seawater and chemical environments, with good conductivity and formability. Mechanical properties are a tensile strength of 250–300 MPa, yield strength of about 100–120 MPa, and elongation of 30–40%. Brinell hardness is usually in the range of 60–70 HB. It also shows resistance to dezincification and stress corrosion cracking and can be used for long-term exposure to aggressive fluids and atmospheres.
