Copper C10100, or OFE Copper, is the purest commercially available copper (≥99.99% Cu) with no deoxidizers and virtually no oxygen (≤0.0005%). It has superior electrical (≥101% IACS) and thermal conductivity, high ductility, and excellent weldability. Tensile strength is usually 220–280 MPa (annealed), elongation to 50%, and Brinell hardness 40–55 HB. The grade meets ASTM B170 and sees common use in ultra-clean conditions. Its high microstructural uniformity and oxide-free status make it well suited for high-vacuum and cryogenic service.
