Incoloy 800HT has Ni 30–35%, Fe 39.5–44.5%, Cr 19.5–23%, stabilized by Al & TiProvides tensile strength ~620 MPa, yield ~245 MPa, and elongation ~40%. The alloy has superior creep resistance over normal 800 at 850–925 °C and is resistant to thermal fatigue. Hardness is ~190 HB in annealed stateEngineered to retain mechanical properties under sustained high-temperature duty, and to ASTM forging specifications.
