What is Incoloy 800 Forgings?

Incoloy 800 usually contains Ni 30–35%, Fe 39.5–44.5%, and Cr 19.5–23%, along with minor additions of titanium and aluminum. It provides tensile strength ~585 MPa, yield strength ~275 MPa, and elongation of 35% at ambient temperature. High-temperature properties are long-term stability and corrosion resistance in 700–1000 °C range. Hardness is ~200 HB in annealed condition. The alloy provides superior resistance to thermal fatigue and creep up to 950 °C and complies with ASTM B407/B434 forgings standards.
