nconel 722 contains Ni ~58%, Cr ~20%, Co ~10%, Mo ~8%, Al/Ti additions. It develops tensile strength ~1250 MPa, yield ~850 MPa, and elongation ~10% after aging. Hardness is ~42 HRC. The alloy possesses superior creep resistance, oxidation stability, and thermal-fatigue strength up to 760 °C. It conforms to AMS B5770 and ASTM B637 superalloy bar standards.
