Louis Metals, based in Houston, USA, is a trusted manufacturer, supplier, and exporter of high-quality Inconel 617 Bars and Rods. Our extensive range caters to various industrial requirements, offering different shapes, sizes, and specifications. Inconel 617 Bars and Rods are premium products known for their excellent heat and oxidation resistance. Made from superior Inconel 617 material, these bars and rods deliver exceptional strength and durability in extreme environments, including high-temperature and chemical conditions. Their precise composition ensures superior performance, making them ideal for demanding applications in industries such as aerospace, power generation, and chemical processing.
Inconel Alloy DIN 2.4663 Bars and Rods are made from a high-performance alloy composed primarily of nickel, chromium, and cobalt. The typical composition includes approximately 50-55% nickel, 20-23% chromium, and 12-15% cobalt. It also contains smaller amounts of molybdenum (8-10%), iron (balance), and trace elements such as aluminum (1.0-1.5%) and titanium (1.0-1.5%). This unique blend of metals enhances the material’s excellent resistance to oxidation, corrosion, and high-temperature creep. Inconel 617’s high nickel content provides excellent resistance to extreme heat, while chromium offers superior oxidation resistance, making it ideal for high-performance applications in aggressive environments.
