Serving customers from Houston, the United States, and other countries, Louis Metals is a reputable manufacturer and supplier of high-performance Inconel 625 Bars/Rods. A superalloy based on nickel, Inconel 625 is renowned for its exceptional corrosion resistance, strength, and fatigue resistance in a variety of harsh conditions. Our Inconel 625 bars and rods are designed for vital uses in sectors like power generation, chemical processing, aerospace, and marine. Our goal at Louis Metals is to provide precisely engineered products that satisfy global standards and offer enduring performance under the most trying operating circumstances.
Nickel (58% minimum), chromium (20–23%), molybdenum (8–10%), and niobium (3.15–4.15%) make up the majority of Inconel 625 Bars/Rods. This combination offers superior protection against high-temperature oxidation, pitting, and crevice corrosion. The alloy has remarkable toughness and fatigue strength, with a tensile strength of about 827 MPa and a yield strength of about 414 MPa. Inconel 625 is appropriate for extremely corrosive and thermally extreme environments because it retains its mechanical integrity at both cryogenic and elevated temperatures. Additionally, it provides outstanding weldability without requiring heat treatment after welding.

Yes, 625 Inconel bars/rods are highly resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion, making them suitable for seawater and other chloride-rich environments.
Yes, 625 Inconel bars/rods exhibit exceptional strength and fatigue resistance, making them ideal for high-stress applications in aerospace, marine, and chemical industries.
In demanding settings where high strength, resistance to corrosion, and thermal stability are crucial, Inconel 625 Bars/Rods are frequently utilised. They are utilised in aerospace for thrust-reverser assemblies, exhaust systems, and jet engine parts. Inconel 625 is used in propeller blades, exhaust ducts, and seawater piping in the maritime industry because it doesn’t corrode in saltwater. Because of its resistance to strong acids and oxidisers, it is also perfect for heat exchangers, pollution control systems, and chemical processing equipment. It is also utilised in high-temperature industrial furnaces, offshore oil rigs, and nuclear power plants.

We provide products that come with both mill test certificates and third-party test certificates, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
