What is Beryllium Copper C17510 Bars and Rods?

C17510 contains more than 99.5% copper, 0.2–0.6% beryllium, and 1.4–2.2% nickel and provides yields of more than 600 MPa in age-hardened state and hardness equal to that of tool steel (Rockwell 100)
. It 
provides electrical conductivity of about 45–60% IACS, possessing excellent ductility and fatigue life. The alloy is precipitation-hardenable, weldable, and possesses toughness in a broad temperature range.
